Assistance Request Process
ALL requests MUST be in writing using the appropriate form, including family readiness referral for individual/family assistance.
Email completed for to RMF office as an attachment by the following dates to be considered at the regular board meetings (quarterly in February, May, August, November):

- January 15
- April 15
- July 15
- October 15
**NOTE: Emergency requests for family/individual assistance will be considered at any time. Emergency requests MUST be referred to the board chairperson through the family readiness office. Standard requests may be addressed outside the board meeting schedule at the discretion of the RMF chairperson.
Military Group or Organization Support
- For military groups/organizations to request support for a family event:
- Financial support must fall into one of the three mission areas to be considered:
- To provide general support and assistance to the families of all military personnel based or stationed at Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base.
- To address hardships associated with military service, the separation of military personnel due to deployments and family reunions and reintegration after deployments;
- To develop, organize, plan and operate events and support groups to bring together military families.
